Waiting staff only came to take order, and serve food; zero chances or opportunities taken or to be had, to check food or drinks were, or additional items needed. I ordered an extra chocolate milk, never was brought out, even after asking a total of 5 times between 3 servers. Absolutely ridiculous service, this is having brought in a table of 14 people. Enthusiasm is definitely a lacking component, hard to believe this happened at a Perkins. Next time I'm in town, I now know where NOT to go!February 06, 2017
